Start with what matters to you

Your intake questionnaire and goals worksheet help us make coaching intentional and relevant to your life.

Your client intake questionnaire

Set aside 10–15 minutes to reflect on your coaching goals, values, strengths, challenges, and the kind of support that helps you follow through. Share only what you feel comfortable discussing.

You choose whether to incorporate faith and spiritual growth, discuss faith when it feels relevant, or focus on personal growth without a faith emphasis.

You can complete your intake online without a Google account when Katika shares your questionnaire. Your welcome email will guide you to your Google Workspace materials. The questionnaire prepares us for coaching; your coaching agreement explains confidentiality and its limits.

Your Goals & Accountability Worksheet

Explore your vision for the next 6–12 months and set up to three goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound.

Break goals into weekly actions, plan for obstacles, and reflect on progress with your coach. Regular check-ins help you notice what’s working and adjust your next steps.

Your completed reflections are for your coaching journey. Katika will share your individual goals document and progress check-in instructions with your welcome materials.

Your welcome package

When you enroll, you’ll receive a welcome package so you know exactly what we’re building together and what to expect.

Look for your welcome email with access to your individual Google Drive folder. Your materials are shared with the email address you provide to Katika. Questions about access? Email hello@totallykatika.com.

Welcome to Your Next Chapter

Reflect on where you are today, where you want to go, what may be holding you back, and what you’re ready to embrace.

Before your first session: complete your intake questionnaire, review and sign your coaching agreement, review scheduling policies, and choose one or two focus areas. For virtual sessions, find a quiet, comfortable space.

Progress matters more than perfection.

Coaching options

Every client starts with a free consultation. We’ll discuss standard coaching packages and pricing privately, based on your goals and the support you need.

Coaching should be accessible across different incomes. Sliding-scale options are available for those who need them. If cost is a concern, bring it to our conversation so we can explore what works for you.

Support between sessions

Between-session support is agreed on as part of your coaching package. Together, we confirm how to connect, what check-ins are included, and the boundaries that support your work.

Your coaching agreement confirms communication methods, response times, and any limits before coaching begins.

Katika keeps clear hours so she can be fully present for clients and for her family.

How often do we meet?
Most clients meet weekly or every other week. We choose your rhythm together when you enroll.
Are sessions in person?
Sessions are virtual, so you can join from wherever you are.
What if I fall behind or need a break?
Life happens. Katika will check in, and you can pick back up whenever you’re ready. No judgment, just a next step.
Is life coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching is future-focused and supports personal growth and goal-setting. It does not replace professional medical or mental health care.
