Totally Katika LLC provides life coaching, educational resources, and ways to connect with Katika. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit our website, contact us, book a consultation, complete a questionnaire, or receive coaching-related materials.

Information we receive
- Contact and scheduling details. Your name, email address, appointment details, and information you include when contacting us or requesting a consultation.
- Coaching information. Intake answers, goals, check-ins, correspondence, and information you choose to share about your circumstances, preferences, or progress. Some answers may reveal personal or sensitive information, including your beliefs or wellbeing. Share only what is relevant and comfortable for you.
- Agreement and payment records. Information needed to confirm your coaching plan, document your agreement, and manage payments, such as the service purchased, amount, payment status, and receipts.
- Technical information. Our hosting and service providers may receive information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages requested, and request times when providing and protecting their services.
Please do not send payment-card details, account passwords, government identification numbers, or medical records through email or coaching forms. Optional reflection and faith-preference questions can be left unanswered.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange consultations, prepare for coaching conversations, provide the services you agree to, share relevant client materials, process and reconcile payments, maintain business records, and address technical or security concerns. Information may also be used to meet legal obligations and resolve questions or disputes.
Completing a form does not enroll you in coaching, sign an agreement, authorize a payment, or subscribe you to a newsletter.
Services that support your experience
- Microsoft Azure. The website is hosted on Azure Static Web Apps. Hosting infrastructure processes web requests to deliver and protect the site. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Google. We use Google services for appointment scheduling, questionnaires, email, and client documents. When an embedded Google calendar or form loads, your browser connects to Google, even if you do not submit a response. Google may receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies. Information you submit through those services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
- Stripe. When Katika provides a Stripe payment link, Stripe handles the payment details you enter. Totally Katika uses transaction information to administer your coaching plan; the website does not collect your full payment-card number. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
External websites and social platforms have their own privacy practices. Visiting a linked page or joining an optional community is separate from receiving one-on-one coaching.
Keeping information and protecting access
Information is kept for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining appropriate business and payment records, meeting legal requirements, and resolving disputes. What is needed, and for how long, depends on the type of record and the reason it is held.
No website, email system, or online storage service can guarantee complete security. Keep private resource links and sign-in details to yourself, use a secure device, and tell us if you believe a document was shared with the wrong person. A page being unlisted or excluded from search engines does not make it a secure client account.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose whether to contact us, submit a questionnaire, answer optional questions, or use an external service. You can also ask about the information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion by emailing hello@totallykatika.com.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have additional rights to access, obtain a copy of, restrict, or object to the use of your information, withdraw consent where it applies, or raise a concern with a privacy authority. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or establish and protect legal rights. We respond to requests as required by applicable law.
You can ask us to stop nonessential messages. Messages needed to administer an active service or address a request may still be necessary.
Information processed in other locations
The service providers described above may process or store information in locations outside the country where you live. Their privacy notices explain their processing practices and the protections they describe for international transfers.
Information about children
The website and coaching information are intended for adults. Please do not submit personal information about a child through this website. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the situation and address it.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version. When additional notice or consent is required by applicable law, we will follow that requirement.
